More About Landmark Villa

Hayward, CA 94541

Landmark Villa is located on bustling Mission Boulevard in Hayward. Hotel-like balconies facing the street are visible remnants of the building’s 1970s architecture. The receptionist greets visitors and residents in the lobby, a homey arrangement of upholstered chairs and cushioned benches. A large aquarium adds a cheerful element to the common area.

Residents’ rooms vary in size from small to large. Each room features wall-to-wall carpeting and storage space for personal items. Residents are encouraged to furnish the rooms to suit their tastes. The building features several comfortably furnished common areas—a dining room, activity area, living room and board room; the resident council convenes in the board room. The outdoor area is divided into two patios, each of which has an attractive gazebo. Residents put their green thumbs to use in the designated garden area. Despite the cool and rainy weather on the day of our visit, we observed several residents enjoying card games outdoors. Another group of residents engaged in an enthusiastic game of Trivial Pursuit in the spacious activity area.
