The community is owned by Morton County Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide a unique and economical setting where you can relax and retire.

The beautifully landscaped property contains spacious lawn areas, floral gardens, gazebos, a pleasant pond with a trickling waterfall, and a paved walking trail. Your mail is delivered to the mailbox at your door. Your private parking spot is nearby.

Right in the middle of Liberty Heights is the Golden Age Center which offers snacks, meals, activities and services. There is a laundromat-social area at the center of the complex as well.

The friendly maintenance people ensure that the sidewalks and driveways are clean and clear, keep the grass green and manicured, and fix whatever needs fixing. They even replace your light bulbs. You will think you’re living at home without the snowblower or lawn mower. Our maintenance folks are community favorites.
