At Liberty Place, our senior living community in Port Orchard, WA, we provide thoughtful attention while giving residents the daily assistance they need. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and our full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours per day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. We also help our residents thrive with a full slate of stimulating activities, such as daily exercise, baking, games, walking group, entertainment, crafts, manicures, and visits from local schoolchildren. At the Liberty Place assisted living community, we strive to offer our residents the quality services and care they deserve.
