In a small home-like environment, we believe that seniors receive more one-on-one care and attention while avoiding an institutional setting in a more cost effective manner.
The homes are staffed with part time help on the weekends. We are proud to say that our staff turn-over is minimal compared to most homes. We attribute this to the fact that we strive to keep staff, with both supportive and financial incentives, once we find good caregivers.
