More About Lochsa Falls

Lochsa Falls is open for both Memory Care and Assisted Living.  Our home is located in Meridian off of Chinden and Linder. The Cottages at Lochsa Falls has compassionate caregivers who are specially trained to care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia that require personalized care. Respite and adult day care are also available when we have availability. Each of The Cottages assisted living homes is licensed by the State of Idaho.

Karen Mendoza is the administrator at our Lochsa Falls campus.  Karen is an experienced administrator with more than a decade of experience. She is committed to ensuring the residents get the individualized care that they deserve. Karen takes great pride in making sure our residents have the best quality of life possible and she works diligently with her dedicated team to make it happen.
