Lone Oak is a premier Assisted Living community in Eugene, Oregon, that serves Springfield, Veeta, Pleasant Hill, Junction City, Coburg, Creswell, Mapleton, Florence, and the surrounding regions. No matter where you’ve lived before, we’d be honored to have you call Lone Oak home.

Located in the northernmost part of thriving Eugene, near the Willamette and McKenzie rivers, Lone Oak can be found in the Santa Clara District. Eugene’s official slogan is, “A great city for the arts & outdoors,” and it is an exciting place for residents who love the great outdoors.

If your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs), our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
