More About Maes Place

Portsmouth, NH 03801

Mae’s Place Assisted Living is located in the heart of the Lakes Region, just a few miles from beautiful Newfound Lake. This facility has recently been completely renovated on both the inside and outside, with projects planned well into the future to maintain a fresh and modern feel. Both residents and visitors will notice new furniture, floors, bathrooms, and paint throughout the entire building. Being a stone’s throw from the downtown Bristol area, many of our residents often go on walks to enjoy the many stores and restaurants the town has to offer.

Our large living room provides a nice space for entertainment, activities, and games. You will often find residents gathered in the dining area to socialize and enjoy meals together. In the warmer months, residents enjoy sitting in the sun on our new outdoor patio furniture while enjoying some freshly cooked barbeque and reminiscing of the “good old days”.

Three nutritious and well-balanced meals are prepared daily in our kitchen and served to the residents by staff. Snacks are offered between each meal and before bed time. Ongoing care is taken for those residents who have special dietary needs.

All needs are provided for including; transportation to/from appointments, supervision with medications, and assistance with activities of daily living.
