You can be enjoying the wildlife of the Everglades, launch your boat, or walk a sandy beach in less than 30 minutes. Fishing & Boating Fish in Marco Lake on site or visit the nearby Collier Boulevard Boating Park which provides access to the beautiful waters and fishing in the Ten Thousand Islands and the Gulf of Mexico. Boat storage available to residents. Activities & Fitness Our well-maintained streets allow for miles of walking and biking. We have a convenient on-site Fitness Center, Library & Billiards. Activities include bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis, and a variety of organized games & crafts. Heated Pool & Spa The spacious pool and spa with adjacent lanai offer a refreshing environment to relax, swim or soak those tired muscles day or night.
