We are located in the newly revised 13th Street District in Marshalltown, Iowa.

Floor Plans available include: studios, one and two bedroom apartments, each with a complete kitchen. Surprisingly affordable, your monthly rent includes a multi-course nutritionally balanced noon meal, as well as a soup & sandwich style supper, all utilities, housekeeping, activities, local transportation and so much more! We also offer convenient parking, either underground or above garages available.
