Meadow Mills is proud to provide quality memory care services to seniors in Hamden, Connecticut. This community houses 60 residents across its four neighborhoods and offers a continuum of care and assistance to seniors with cognitive impairments. Caregivers work compassionately and professionally to help residents complete their activities of daily living and participate in activities and events that inspire, motivate, and ground them. Hamden, Connecticut, is known for its beautiful scenery where outdoor activities and urban amenities are both present. At Meadow Mills, residents enjoy studio apartments outfitted with safety features to help prevent wandering for added peace of mind.

At Meadow Mills, residents receive three chef-prepared meals per day in the restaurant-style dining room. In between meals, residents are encouraged to participate in the on-site amenities and activities where they can try something new, pursue old hobbies, make new friends, and more.
