Mill Pond is a Presbyterian Homes & Services senior living community located in Ankeny, IA offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, transitional care, and long term care apartment homes. Mill Pond celebrated its 20th year of serving seniors in Ankeny and launched a redevelopment project in June 2015 that added 64 independent living, 40 assisted living, and 18 memory care apartments. Plus a combination of new construction and remodeled health center with options for long term care or short-term rehabilitation, and transitional care.
