Creek Side Terrace offers assisted living for seniors and supervision is provided 24/7. Services include on-site speech, occupational and physical therapy. Help with medication management and administration, toileting, eating, ambulation, bathing, dressing and grooming are available if required. Music, art and other recreational activities are provided at the facility to promote physical, social and emotional well-being. Trained caregivers provide memory care services, and a registered nurse conducts ongoing health assessments and supervision.
