More About Morningside House of Leesburg

Leesburg, VA 20175

We’ve designed Morningside House of Leesburg to be inviting to everyone. From our pet-friendly apartments with kitchenettes and private bathrooms to our beautiful outdoor spaces, we work hard to create a place your parent will love to come home to. Maybe it’s the smiling faces of our staff. They’ve been here for years and built real relationships with our residents and their families. Maybe it’s our beautiful spaces. Our library, sunroom, walking path, courtyard fountain, and more are designed to invite, engage, and delight. Maybe it’s the animals. Our community dog (Max), lovebirds (Ricky and Lucy), and other resident pets bring a smile to everyone’s faces. Or maybe it’s our community of residents. With just 64 apartments, we get to know everyone, build lasting friendships, and have some good old-fashioned fun.

Our women-owned and operated business works hard to transform the senior living experience for the elderly and their families. Over the past 30 years, we’ve helped thousands of seniors enjoy a home-like experience where they get the respect, care, and attention they deserve. We not only hold the highest licensures in MD and VA to put your mind at rest that your loved one is physically safe, but we also focus on a holistic approach, creating long-term relationships in a beautiful, fun, community-driven environment so residents get a new lease on life.
