Welcome to Nisqually Valley Care Center! Welcome to Nisqually Valley Care Center! We invite you to explore our website to learn about our people and services or visit to experience the Nisqually Valley Care Center difference. McKenna, Washington is our home, and we serve the Nisqually Valley as well as the communities of Roy, Yelm, Rainier, Eatonville, Lacey, and Olympia. Creating an environment of family and caring for family is our passion. Understanding what’s important to each individual. Welcoming questions. Taking time to listen. Sharing experiences. Giving families the freedom of quality time together. We uniquely combine old-fashioned caring with modern health services – that’s the Nisqually Valley Care Center way.

Our setting is as special as the care we provide. The center is surrounded by trees and flowers, a lush lawn, a white picket fence, and the serene sound of the Nisqually River flowing past. Each day is made special by engaging activities and our lively family of cats, birds and other wildlife inspire residents and visitors alike. We welcome 63 residents for short-term rehabilitation, memory care, or long-term care and 18 residents for enhanced residential care.

Our professional nursing home staff designs care plans to individual needs and celebrates the opportunity to help each family.
