More About Oak Assisted Living in Centerville

Centerville, UT 84014

At Oak Ridge Assisted Living of Centerville, we provide Level One care to our residents. Level One care is for seniors who are still mostly independent, but just need a little extra assistance with some of the activities of daily living.

Many seniors become unsteady due to frailness, medical issues or side effects from medicines they need to take. This can affect your confidence in ambulating, getting dressed, shopping and cooking. At Oak Ridge Assisted Living, we relieve you of all these worries.

Our professional staff provides three gourmet meals per day to our residents, plus healthy snacks in between. Many of our residents are on restricted diets due to health reasons, but you’ll never feel deprived when you discover how delicious our meals are.

Additionally, we assist anyone who needs help with personal care routines, including bathing and getting dressed. Our experienced aides perform their duties with the utmost respect for our residents. You’ll always look forward to your aide arriving in the morning.
