At Oak Creek Place, our South Milwaukee assisted living community, we've created a caring community where residents can thrive. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
In our community, residents enjoy a full range of social events and activities, plus the additional support of a staff trained to monitor and provide needed personal care. This includes supportive services like bathing, meal preparation, housekeeping, and home maintenance.
Our apartments offer privacy and room for personal treasures that you want in a home and are steps away from amenities, activities, and dining. We also have lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing, socializing, and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Below are basic floor plan layouts.
