Open since 2003, Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility & Adult Day Care is owned by the Tampa Housing Authority and professionally managed by Angels Senior Living. Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility & Adult Day Care is committed to helping its residents and participants maintain their independence while ensuring the highest quality of care. We provide a warm loving environment and deliver the superior service seniors and other individuals need to enjoy assisted living in comfort.

Our spacious units offer high ceilings with a small kitchenette area, wheelchair accessible bathrooms with a shower chair that can easily be placed up or down based upon your needs or preference. Meals are offered in our dining room, served restaurant-style so you can enjoy an attractive presentation with your friends.

We accept Private Pay, Medicaid Long-Term Care Managed Care, Veterans Administration Aid & Attendance, and OSS. Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility is licensed by the state of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. We also offer a variety of amenities, including a beauty salon, library, chapel, activity room, and a large screened-in swimming pool and heated spa.
