With a focus on skilled nursing, Park Health Center offers hospice, respite, therapies, and memory care. Long- and short-term residents receive clinical support from a team of therapists, dietitians, and 24/7 nurses who specialize in ventilator services and chronic respiratory conditions. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are available seven days a week to aid clients in regaining strength and mobility following illness or hospitalization.
