We are currently taking applications for available one-bedroom apartments for individuals who are 62 years of age and older or have a verifiable disability/handicap. Rent is calculated based on 30% of your gross annual income minus any allowable deductions. Some of the reasons you will love Pleasantview Towers are caring, dedicated staff including manager(s), maintenance and service coordinator, 24-hour on-call maintenance for emergencies, community space for our residents to enjoy and socialize with their neighbors, easy access to public transportation, monthly activities and/or information sessions. Office hours are 9 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday. Pets are permitted as such: 1 cat or 1 dog must be under 25 pounds and you must pay a refundable pet deposit.
