More About Pond View Acres

Pond View Acres is located off a quiet, country road in rural Barrington, New Hampshire. The home allows it’s ten residents to move freely and enjoy the warmth that surrounds them, while still being just a short drive to the more populated Seacoast area.

Private rooms come fully furnished, including flat screen televisions and free cable. Residents can decorate their bedrooms with their own personal keepsakes, which make their surroundings more like home. The dining area provides a comfortable atmosphere for meals and socialization. The sunroom has a fireplace and is bright, cheery and inviting. It provides a wonderful area for family gatherings, activities and naps. There is a large deck in the back where residents are able to enjoy nature year-round. Whether a resident, respite visitor, or short-term care visitor, our family atmosphere is cherished by all.

Three home-cooked meals are prepared daily, which are served by our qualified and caring staff. Snacks are offered between each meal and before bed time. Ongoing care is taken for those residents who have special dietary needs.

All needs are provided for including; transportation to/from appointments, supervision with medications, and assistance with activities of daily living.
