Prairie Meadows Alzheimer's Special Care is an assisted living community located in Omaha, Nebraska, in Douglas County and home to about 447,000 people. Omaha is a beautiful city on the Missouri River with park-like settings and plenty to do. Residents will enjoy being able to go on group outings, or being able to go out to restaurants and shows before coming home to relax in the comfort of our community.
