Welcome to Providence House – Yakima, a HUD-subsidized apartment building in beautiful downtown Yakima. Living here means you have easy access to the seasonal farmers’ market, shopping, restaurants, medical services, movie theaters and public transportation.
Our high-quality building HUD-subsidized studio and one-bedroom apartments for disabled adults and seniors age 55 and older. Providence House was designed and built especially for aging seniors and people with disabilities. We take pride in on-site services coordination to help residents connect with and access community resources so they can age in place in the comfort of their own home.
