More About Residences at Vantage Point

Columbia, MD 21044

The planning for construction of Residences at Vantage Point, Howard County’s only Life Plan retirement community for adults age 60 and older offering the security of life care, began many years before we opened our doors in 1990 (when we were still known as Vantage House). The project blossomed into a natural extension of Columbia’s essential premise—that one’s life is enriched by the community in which he or she lives. Not only is Residences at Vantage Point located in the physical heart of Columbia, it represents part of the city’s virtual heart as well. Inclusiveness is a hallmark of who we are: non denominational, welcoming people of all beliefs and backgrounds to an openhearted environment designed to maximize the best life has to offer.
