Sagewood is a Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), in northeast Phoenix. As a Life Plan Community, residents enjoy an active, independent lifestyle along with access to a full continuum of health care services on-site. If ever needed, independent living residents have priority access to unlimited days of assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and rehabilitation services. In addition, our Type A LifeCare® contract means independent living residents who move to a higher level of care won’t see a substantial increase in their monthly fee, regardless of length of stay.
