Since 1995, Senior Lifestyle’s Senior Suites has been a pioneer in Chicago’s affordable living. Now we have grown to maintain 24 communities in Chicago. Potential residents will need to apply and qualify for rental rates. Joining our community only requires a 12-month lease, not a security deposit or buy-in. We also do not require a security deposit or buy-in fee but just a simple 12-month lease.
