This provides its residents and their families with quick access to Plymouth’s medical facilities and reduces the time to Sheboygan’s hospitals to less than 20 minutes.  Rocky Knoll Health Care Center is licensed to provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to up to 149 residents. For those attending short-term, the therapy department specializes in rehabilitating seniors who have had strokes in addition to performing joint replacements and a variety of occupational therapies. Residents in need of long-term care typically include seniors dealing with cognitive decline and those requiring palliative care. There’s also a strong emphasis on supporting veterans.  ….
