More About Silvermark Plano

Plano, TX 75093

Silvermark is a Memory Care community located in Plano, Texas. Our Memory Care Program offers a multi-level holistic approach that serves seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Every task and interaction with our memory care residents focuses on maintaining the residents’ feeling of self-worth, purpose, and individuality. We have in place a program that consists of Life skills, Cognitive stimulation, personal interests, music therapy, small and large group, and individual activities. We take great pride in our program and services offered, we strive to do our best on a daily basis and some services are compromised when issues beyond our control present themselves.

At Silvermark Plano, we don’t just take care of your loved one—we care about them. We believe the key to truly caring for someone who has Alzheimer’s disease is to learn who they were prior to developing the disease. In order to provide each resident with a richer lifestyle that is distinctive to them, we collaborate with families to develop personalized profiles of life before the sickness.
