Welcome to Smith Tower Apartments offer Affordable Quality Senior Living to seniors 62 years and older. Our retirement community on 6th and Washington Street graces the downtown Vancouver, Washington skyline. Our community offers 170 studio and one bedroom apartments to seniors. Our ideal urban location gives residents the opportunity to easily utilize the nearby surrounding resources. The building’s unique circular architectural design presents spectacular views of the Columbia River, city lights, snow capped mountains, and the forest carpeted foothills of the Cascades. Smith Tower’s owner’s Mid-Columbia Manor, Inc. is a non-profit corporation comprised of local Labor Unions. Smith Tower’s success is attributed to the dedication of these local Labor Unions, city and government assistance, and community support. More than fifty years since opening Smith Tower proudly continues to provide quality affordable housing to seniors living in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Washington.
