More About St. Ann's Skilled Nursing & Therapy
The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City opened the original St. Ann's in 1949 at the corner of Portland Avenue and NW 19th Street. St. Ann's moved to its current location in 1992, a new and spacious home which offered residents and visitors alike a beautiful chapel for Daily Mass at its heart.

Today, we are blessed to offer our residents, families, employees and visitors state-of-the-art senior healthcare services along with the rich traditions and faithful practice of the Roman Catholic Church.
