Highlighted by an expansive stained glass mural and lush greenery, our beautiful countryside chapel charms visitors and residents alike. Here, you’ll find a community as distinctive as our chapel – each of our residents is faced with a dementia diagnosis. Each resident is on his or her own journey that we are privileged to be a part of.

If your loved one has Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia that impacts their ability to perform daily activities, they might benefit from the care that we offer.
