More About Stones River Manor

Murfreesboro, TN 37129

Stones River Manor opened our doors in 1977 as Murfreesboro’s first home for the elderly, later becoming the first licensed assisted living facility in Rutherford County. The Manor began with just 29 rooms and has grown over the years to accommodate more than 100 residents. Our staff has also grown to meet the needs with over 100 full-time staff members, with healthcare staff making up 70% of our team. In addition to five levels of assisted living and memory care, the Manor also offers independent living apartments in both one and two bedroom configurations, adult day care services, and a skilled nursing and rehabilitation program.
