More About Summit Properties

South Burlington, VT 05403

Summit Properties provides development, leasing, and property management services to affordable and market-rate apartment buildings/owners throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and upstate New York. Formerly Summit Property Management Group, Summit was established in 2004 when the owners were in need of high quality property management services for their newly developed projects. Today, Summit has grown its portfolio to nearly 1,400 apartments, providing top-notch service and reasonably priced housing in our communities.

We manage all types of housing communities including high-end market rate apartments, HUD Section #8, and everything in between; Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, Rural Development, affordable family housing, senior housing, and more. Being a property owner, developer, and management company has allowed us to achieve the goals of everyone involved by taking a project from sketches and drawings to fully rented and operational. No matter the type of property, we pride ourselves on well-maintained, well-cared for apartment buildings that both owners, renters, and cities can proud of.
