At Sunrise of Findlay, your Designated Care Manager will create a comprehensive plan based on your unique needs and preferences, called an Individualized Service Plan. This plan is designed to adjust based on how your needs evolve and change. Our excellent activities program features a slate of events designed to keep the body healthy and the brain sharp. And, our in-house chef prepares three delicious meals each day using healthy, seasonal ingredients. At Sunrise of Findlay, our Reminiscence Neighborhood is designed specifically to provide comfort and security to seniors in need of memory care. We can accommodate move-ins as well as a variety of physician-ordered therapeutic programs.
