Sunset Ridge Assisted Living is a class CNA Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), licensed by the State of Wisconsin, providing care to residents with age-related frailties, memory loss due to illness or dementias, and those who need care during terminal illness not requiring skilled nursing (nursing home) care or hospitalization. Professional, compassionate care staff provide assistance 24 hours per day while encouraging residents to remain active physically and mentally. Our class CNA licensing allows our residents to be ambulatory, semi-ambulatory, or confined to wheelchairs. Sunset Ridge is conveniently located near the local hospital, medical care, shopping, restaurants, and theaters. Our location off Highway 26 is easily accessible from the communities of Lake Mills, Jefferson, Fort Atkinson, Watertown and Oconomowoc.
