Ovation Sarah Chudnow offers a full continuum of living and care options in one location. There are 41 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments available for independent or assisted living, an area of 25 studio- and one-bedroom assisted living apartments, 9 studio apartments in the memory care center, and a 25-bed skilled nursing center providing rehabilitation services, long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life care. Because we offer a full continuum of care ranging from independent Apartments through Skilled Nursing services, we can accommodate virtually any level of care one may require. This means that as your care needs change, your address doesn’t have to. You’ll always have a place at Ovation Sarah Chudnow. ….
