At The Carrollton, we believe that dining should be an experience. La Colonnade, the Assisted Living Dining Room, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and will feature a multitude of options to satiate any pallet. Our restaurant-style menu will offer southern fare to eclectic New Orleans favorites, and the chef-prepared items will meet your nutritional needs, as well as surprise and delight all of your senses.
