More About The Lakes

Oklahoma City, OK 73132

The Lakes began providing exceptional Skilled Nursing/Therapy and Long Term Care, to the residents of Oklahoma City, in 1997. With clinical care plans tailored to each resident, The Lakes ensures that special attention is given to meet individual preferences, allowing choice and confidence in daily care. The professionals at The Lakes treat every resident like family, providing an atmosphere of dignity and compassion for its residents through respect, integrity and ethics.

Partnering with Phoenix Rehab, The Lakes offers Skilled Nursing and Therapy accommodations, for those recovering after a fall, accident, injury, surgery or illness. Medical management by physicians and nursing staff, activities, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapies are all covered with the end goal of returning home in an improved medical and physical state, whenever possible. Outpatient therapy for those returning home is available for those who qualify.

Long term care may become the best option for a senior who can no longer provide care for his or herself. The Lakes has options for private or semi-private rooms for individuals needing a more permanent solution. Several options are available, including Private Pay, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Often times private pay funds become exhausted and families are faced with financial challenges. We offer multiple other solutions that provide these families with the opportunity to admit the patient and allow him or her to stay through these changing financial positions, ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind. Respite care is also available, for patients needing help with care on a short term basis.
