Welcome to The Village at Regional West, an independent and assisted living retirement community located next to and affiliated with Regional West Medical Center.

The Village offers residents the best of retirement living, peace of mind, and a sense of security in a convenient, comfortable neighborhood for seniors.

Living at The Village will give you the opportunity to be carefree − no yard work, no home maintenance − instead, plenty of time to enjoy hobbies and new activities, to make new friends, and to relax.

The Village is a full-service retirement community offering spacious individual apartments in a beautiful rural setting adjacent to Regional West Medical Center. Opened in 1991, The Village features 57 independent-living apartments and 42 assisted-living units.

Our Independent apartments are designed for carefree living, free from the responsibilities of home ownership, so you can socialize, travel, or just take it easy.

Our Independent-Plus option allows you to enjoy the comfort and freedom of your Independent apartment, yet receive a variety of Assisted Living services.

We also offer three levels of Assisted Living in cozy, comfortable, private apartments. Assisted Living services include nutritious meals, housekeeping, medication administration, daily health maintenance, bathing, recreational activities, and more.

All three apartment options at The Village are offered through a simple lease with no entrance fees.
