More About The Villas at Canterfield

As one of the most beautiful buildings in Cumming, we have a 76 bed Independent Living and a 93 bed Assisted Living on our campus with Villa duplexes and triplexes surrounding the community. This is the original Canterfield location, and we have spent years refining the service. We are an inspiring retirement community that enables you to design each day as you desire. We are building a brand new tradition by offering “carefree living” in a country club-like setting where our residents continue to enjoy an active, independent, and healthy lifestyle.

You’ll be trading the uncertainties of living alone and the responsibilities of maintaining a home for services and amenities designed to make your life rich with opportunity. Choose from a one or two-bedroom Villa with a full-scale kitchen, garage, and washer/dryer unit, or a one or two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer unit.
