The Woodmark at Uptown provides Assisted Living in Albuquerque and Memory Care in an elegant, comfortable atmosphere with personal care plans designed to meet all your needs. We offer Assisted Living lifestyles with two additional, specialized levels in our Memory Care: Early Dementia Care and Acute Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care. Our experienced and caring staff gets to know our residents on more than a clinical level, learning each person’s likes, dislikes, and personality to create the fulfilling activities, meals, and service plans that will bring joy into each day. We are committed to providing the appropriate level of care that allows our residents to live life to the fullest, with assistance when they need it, and more independence when they don’t.
