More About VILLAGE COOPERATIVE OF Fargo

Fargo, ND 58103

Fargo, ND

Named for William G. Fargo, a director of the Northern Pacific Railroad and co-founder of Wells Fargo Express Company, the city of Fargo is home to several colleges and many fantastic amenities. With so much to see and do, it’s no wonder Fargo is a perennial city on the list of “Top Places to Live in the U.S.” With its vibrant downtown featuring unique lodging, restaurants, arts and entertainment, Fargo has outgrown some old clichés. In fact, it’s not only one of the best places to raise a family in the U.S., it’s one of the best places to stay in the U.S. into retirement. And that’s why we are thrilled to announce Fargo as home to the newest Village Cooperative—coming soon!

The Village Cooperative of Fargo will provide a worry-free lifestyle for active adults (62+) in the area. Finally, you’ll have a hassle-free home ownership option that is designed specifically for seniors and retirees. The homes range in size from approximately 900 sq. ft. to over 1,500 sq. ft. of one-level living space within in a three-story building built over secure underground parking.

Standard features of this living community include a community and club areas, hobby shop, reading areas, guest suite, garden plots, while-you’re-away services, underground heated parking with a car wash bay—all wrapped up in a fully secure building. The homes are equipped with all appliances including a washer and dryer, in-home storage, walk-in closets and individually controlled HVAC systems.

The Village Cooperative is a community of like-minded adults who want to live with other people their age, but not in assisted living. It will offer maintenance-free living with all the benefits of home ownership and none of the headaches, plus many unique amenities that are suited for both working and retired residents.
