Wellington Place is a home away from home. It is located in the heart of Brentwood, TN in the prestigious Maryland Farms area situated only 10 miles from downtown Nashville and Franklin, TN. Small community Licensed by the State of Tennessee has been serving Seniors since 1996. Ann Kaushal RN opened this community in 1996 with a mission to serve Seniors in a home like upscale setting providing comprehensive Senior Care. Personalized Care Management has been the hall mark of the Care Delivery model. Ann Kaushal has been the owner manager of he community since it opened in 1996. Our mission is to add Quality of Life to the years of our residents by providing best, outcome driven , hands on individualized care each and every day.  At Wellington Place, we will work with you and your loved ones on a regular basis to develop personalized care plans that suit your unique needs and budget, making it possible for you to feel at home with us for as long as you need!
