Welcome to Westcott Terrace! Nestled in the Providence suburb of West Warwick sits Westcott Terrace, a Corcoran community consisting of 156 affordable apartment homes. You’ll find your perfect apartment home amongst spacious floor plans and sprawling kitchens. The community consists of two interconnected buildings, one is a redeveloped 1950’s school building and the other is a nine-story building built in 1983. Within Westcott Terrace you will be entertained in our gaming room that features a full-sized pool table. Meet and greet with fellow residents in our community room, home to weekly bingo night. Located just minutes from the Rhode Island mall and dining destinations, Westcott Terrace offers both a convenient and ideal place to call home. Contact our leasing center today for more information. Westcott Terrace is an affordable mid-rise apartment community. Rental assistance for the apartments is provided under the Section 8 program. Preference is given to those applicants 62 years of age and older.
