More About Windham House

Hattiesburg, MS 39402

Those living with memory loss require specialized care and attention. Our staff receives specialized training in working with individuals with memory loss to improve the care of your loved one.

We help them remain engaged in life though a variety of activities designed to stimulate their minds, exercise their bodies and nurture their spirits. We tailor these activities to each individual’s interests and abilities, to promote independence and dignity for each resident.

Family members are a critical part of the memory care resident’s care team. They can provide insights into a resident’s history, hobbies and interest. This allows our staff to bond with each resident and provide care that is targeted to their specific life story.

We offer an enhanced quality of life by utilizing an exit prevention system. This unobtrusive transmitter system allows the resident the freedom to move about the facility freely while preventing unassisted exit.
