More About Woodland Assisted Living

Lovettsville, VA 20180

Woodland Assisted Living is a beautiful three-story community, licensed by the State of Maryland to provide assisted living and memory care to older adults who need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, or assistance with medications. We are conveniently located in a residential neighborhood northeast of downtown Baltimore in Middle River, Baltimore County, Maryland.

Located just off Maryland Route 700 (Martin Boulevard) near Martin Plaza Shopping Center, we serve the community of Middle River as well as the suburban communities of Essex, Dundalk, White Marsh, Rosedale, and eastern Baltimore County.

Woodlands offers various apartment types including private studios, deluxe studios, and companion suites, which residents may furnish according to their individual tastes. Resident apartments have wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Every resident is provided with an emergency call pendant that ensures that help is just a touch of a button away.

Amenities for all residents to enjoy include three meals a day served restaurant-style in our beautiful dining room and special meals in the private dining room. We have an activity room for arts and crafts, a media room with a large-screen TV for watching movies, a well-stocked library, and lounges for visiting with family and friends. The Woodlands also offers on-site rehabilitation therapy, a beauty/barber salon, a bus for outings and medical appointments, and outdoor patio areas.

Our staff is special too. They take pride in making your home a safe, comfortable, and happy place. Our well-trained staff strives to provide care, service, and hospitality, with a smile, a warm greeting, and individual attention.
