More About Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing
CVMC’s Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a not-for-profit facility beautifully set within the Green Mountain town of Berlin, Vermont. Our organization dates back to the 1970s, when we began providing long-term care to residents of the former Heaton House in Montpelier and McFarland House in Barre.
Today our facility provides both long-term and short-term care to individuals needing nursing and rehabilitation services. Whether our residents are here for short-term or long-term care, our primary goal is always to help them return to as much independence as possible.
Woodridge is known for excellence in nursing, from standard services to highly skilled care, such as palliative care, advanced wound treatment and pain management. Residents also receive the highest quality physical, occupational, speech and swallowing therapies.
