Over the next few years, all apartments are being reconfigured to meet 2Life’s most up-to-date design and accessibility standards, with updated fixtures and finishes. The building will also be made more energy-efficient and we will comply with Enterprise LEED Green Communities sustainability certification requirements. Coleman House community spaces will also be fully renovated in conjunction with building the new Opus community, and a connector that will house a restaurant, gathering spaces, classrooms and many other amenities for both Coleman House and Opus residents to enjoy.
