​Our latest facility, Avalon Assisted Living at Hillsborough is located on the same campus as Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center at Hillsborough​ and offers specialized services, such as memory care and short-term, post-acute rehabilitation. Avalon’s multiple care levels enable us to personalize care plans to each individual’s unique needs. It is conveniently located in Hillsborough Township on Amwell Road, right off Route 206, and within close proximity to Somerville, Raritan, Bridgewater, Princeton, Millstone, Manville, and Montgomery.
