agape acres is a home-like 15-bed community-based residential facility nestled in a forested rural area outside warrens, wi. we have 10 private rooms (6 having half private bath) and 3 couple rooms with half baths. care services are available on a continuous, 24-hour basis by resident care aides who will provide assistance with activities of daily living (adl’s), which may include: dressing, meal time, hygiene and grooming, mobility, bathing, toileting, incontinence care, using the telephone and shopping. our staff are trained to serve people with needs related to mild/moderate dementia, developmental disabilities, alzheimer’s disease, tbi, respite care, or hospice.
