Based in Grand Haven, MI, Heritage Senior Communities is managed by Heritage Property Management, Inc., founded by Arthur Reenders in 1946.
Even way back then, when HPM was a small construction company, Arthur’s motto was “I won’t build or own anything I wouldn’t live in myself.” That motto still holds true today, more than 70 years later. As HPM continued to grow and expand, Reenders family members started Heritage Senior Communities in an effort to provide comfortable, secure, and affordable housing to Michigan seniors.
